APPLICATIONS OPEN 7 AUGUST TO 11 SEPTEMBER 2023


Our Multi-Year Partnership opportunity is for longer-term projects (over three years) that require an extended implementation phase to lead to deeper, longer-term change for children and young people and the school community.

Over the course of the three-year program, schools will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of education professionals to help schools achieve their long-term objectives linked to their overall school improvement plan.

Examples of successful Multi-Year projects:

  • Building industry connections and career pathways for students via mentorship, workplace encounters and a community engagement roadmap.
  • Design and dissemination of a Passport for Learning tool across a network of special schools to provide individualised support to learners.
  • Implementation of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to address barriers for regional-based families in accessing effective intervention. 

Partnership support includes:

    FundingCoachingProgram Management & Evaluation
    Up to $30,000 for a single school or up to $75,000 for a cluster of schools each year for three years.Initial co-design workshop, followed by 12 hours of coaching each year (up to three years).Project Planning Tool to track the impact of the project.
