APPLICATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED FOR 2024
Our Multi-Year Partnership opportunity is for longer-term projects (over three years) that require an extended implementation phase to lead to deeper, longer-term change for children and young people and the school community.
Over the course of the three-year program, schools will have the opportunity to work closely with our team of education professionals to help schools achieve their long-term objectives linked to their overall school improvement plan.
Examples of successful Multi-Year projects:
- Building industry connections and career pathways for students via mentorship, workplace encounters and a community engagement roadmap.
- Design and dissemination of a Passport for Learning tool across a network of special schools to provide individualised support to learners.
- Implementation of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) to address barriers for regional-based families in accessing effective intervention.
See our Stories of Impact for some examples of initiatives other schools have implemented.
