Belinda Wall is Director, Employee Performance, Professional and Ethical Standards. Belinda has had broad and extensive experiences within Public Education which has positioned her as a leader within the education community.
Belinda has held various positions in a career spanning over 30 years. Belinda has been a classroom teacher, School Counsellor, District Guidance Officer, Deputy Principal, Principal, PSL and Director Educational Leadership of both Wollondilly Principal Network and Wollongong North Principal Network. Belinda has also held the position of president, Secondary Principal Council, Illawarra South-East.
Belinda was the recipient of an Australian Council for Educational Leadership (ACEL) award in June 2017 and was one of 12 inaugural recipients nationwide to receive a Commonwealth Bank Fellowship in recognition of the transformation of Woonona High School in developing a culture where teachers are active learners – reflecting on their practice, sharing their expertise and improving their teaching. In August 2018 Belinda was awarded an Australian Council for Educational Leadership Fellowship.
Belinda’s leadership and courageous decision-making, collaborative mentoring and coaching of Principals and school leadership teams has strengthened leadership capacity, building collective efficacy, school, and system improvement,
